By using Dezybel you agree to these terms. Dezybel provides informational motorcycle exhaust reports; it does not sell parts or perform installations.
The service
Dezybel generates source-backed exhaust reports based on the details you provide. Reports are informational estimates, not guarantees of fitment, sound, loudness, or legality.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the inputs you submit. Keep your credentials secure.
Plans and payment
Free, one-time, and subscription plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew until canceled; one-time reports are single purchases.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service, and do not resell reports except under an authorized shop plan.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dezybel is not liable for purchases, installations, modifications, citations, or damages arising from reliance on a report. You are responsible for verifying fitment and complying with local law.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
